Mr. Zhang started his career in financial services industry as a sales trader in Global Equity & Commodity Derivative Department of BNP Paribas, he was responsible for tailored derivative solutions for various institutions. He worked with trading, structuring and legal teams to design, develop, structure, and manufacture innovative exotic derivatives products to meet clients' needs. He set up the secondary trading and client service team to help clients to unwind or add on outstanding positions, trained up and managed a team of 5 junior sales traders.

Then he joined UBS as an associate director in the structured solution distribution team. He was responsible for managing both discretionary and non-discretionary derivative portfolio for ultra-high net wealth clients across various asset classes. Tailor portfolio management for each individual client including portfolio construction, risk profiling and analytics, execution management, monitoring and portfolio rebalancing, mainly focused on equity and commodity derivatives.

After UBS, he joined Citigroup as a Vice President in private bank, responsible for investment advisory for all mainland Chinese ultra high net worth clients. He managed a team of investment specialists focusing on portfolio management, including portfolio construction, risk profiling and analytics, execution management, monitoring and portfolio rebalancing. Investment scope included but not limited to equity, credit, FX, commodities, rates, mutual funds, hedge funds, private equities and derivative products linked to above mentioned asset classes.

In 2013, Mr. Zhang founded Midas Capital Partners, a multi family office asset manager. He managed and led a team of dedicated investment professionals focusing on portfolio management for ultra-high net worth clients from mainland China. Managed clients overall investment portfolio including discretionary and non-discretionary accounts, AUM under management above 2 billion USD.

Mr. Wang has over 15 years of combined experience in financial management, capital market, corporate finance and structured financing area.

Before joining Cithara Investment, Mr. Wang worked as Chief Financial Officer and other Senior Executive roles for HKSE Main Board listed companies, whereby he possessed abundant experience, knowledge and resources in the area of financial management, capital market and corporate strategic development.

Before working at listed corporation, Mr. Wang worked in the Investment Banking arm of several well-known international financial services firms including Standard Chartered Bank, Citigroup, UBS and Credit Suisse. He has executed a large amount of capital market and corporate finance transactions, ranging from IPO, equity offering, bond offering and M&A.

Besides, Mr. Wang also focused on structured financing, credits, project onshore-offshore financing etc. Mr. Wang obtained Bachelor's degree in Economics from Fudan University.
